Design The exterior façade of the building will be red brick with cast stone details. The front face of the building will be 50 to 55 feet behind the curb on Bissonnet, with a pedestrian plaza between the building and the curb. The building is designed to become the first residential high-rise to be built in the Houston area to earn Silver Certification by the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System. The project design has been chosen so that all building residential units will be above the tree line, ensuring the greatest level of privacy for the surrounding neighborhood and the maximum view of Houston ’s skylines and tree canopy from the units.
